Free shipping is applicable on the cost of the items only and does not include taxes.

Free shipping over $250* Canada wide, before taxes (*does not apply on any Durston or Exo Mtn Gear order)

When will I get my order?

Orders are usually fulfilled within 3-4 business days and shipped out via UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator Monday-Friday. For orders shipped to the USA, they are shipped via USPS and could take up to 10 days to arrive after shipping.

Did you enter the wrong address?

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed Package

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of return shipping, and subsequent reshipment (if and as applicable).

Refused Shipments

Should the customer choose to refuse a shipment, for any reason, the customer will be liable for the cost of return shipping, and subsequent reshipment (if and as applicable).

Shipping to US (Temporarily Suspended)

As of August 29, 2025, the United States eliminated its $800 de minimis exemption for shipments from Canada, meaning most goods are now subject to duties and taxes. This has caused problems with our shipments to the US, so we have temporarily suspended all shipping to the US until we have a proper solution in place. We apologize for the inconvenience.
