Jesse's 2025 Ultralight Advent Box (12 Days of Ultralight Cheer!) Pre-Sale Starts Oct 1

Advent boxes will not ship or be ready for pick up until mid-November - You will be notified when they ship or are ready for pick up - Any additional items purchased with the advent will be shipped with your box* 

HO! HO! HO! For those of you who have been with us since the start of this box 6 years ago, you will notice that we are doing things a little differently this year. We have chosen to re-name the box in loving memory of Jesse. He was incredibly passionate about this box, and worked hard to raise as much money as he could for charity each year.

Note: Instead of 24 items, Geartrade's 6th Annual Advent Calendar will include 12 days of carefully curated backpacking items and camp luxury items that retail for approx $300! (Some days will have more than 1 item!) Each item is thoughtfully wrapped in a festive pouch to be hung on the tree, or above the fireplace! In the past we have included brands such as: Hyperlite, Gossamer Gear, Hydrapack, Katadyn, Hilltop Packs, Cloud Gear, Toaks, Nitecore and many more! Who knows...maybe you will see some of these brands in this year's box too (we'll never tell...).

This is also the gift that gives back as we take part of the proceeds from each advent calendar and donate them to 2 very special organizations. This year we are honouring two organizations that were close to Jesse's heart: Great Divide Trail Association, and the Foothills Country Hospice. Thanks to you fabulous folks, In the last 6 years we have been able to raise over $20,000 for various charities! 

These Boxes are limited, and sold on a first-come-first-served basis. We sell out fast every year, so if you want one don't wait! 

*A shipping fee of $20 will be applied to the order, but free In-Store Pick up is also available at our location in Okotoks. 

*If you add additional items to your order, the shipping rate will still apply, and items will be shipped together with the Advent Box in November.
