The Pivot Solo Tent is the ultimate ultralight shelter for solo adventurers who refuse to compromise on space, durability, or features.

The Pivot's unique design maximizes head and foot room by pivoting a second trekking pole to the rear corner creating a spacious interior that fits a wide, long sleeping pad with room left over for gear. The space will fit a hiker up to about 6' 5" (1.95 meters) tall.

Available in two different Dyneema® Composite Fabric canopy and floor weights.

Features:

  • Made from waterproof, durable, PFAS free Dyneema® Composite Fabric:
    • Choose "Lite" to push boundaries with our tried and tested .55 oz/sqyd DCF canopy and a .75 oz/sqyd DCF floor.
    • Choose “Standard” to add opacity and extra durability with a .75 oz/sqyd DCF canopy and a 1 oz/sqyd DCF floor.
  • Sets up with 52” (132 cm) and 32” (81 cm) Trekking Poles or Tent Poles, and just 8 Stakes (each sold separately).
  • Storm doors on the tent feature a convenient waterproof zipper entry, and peak vents. Both the small and large storm doors can fully open and secure with magnet toggles for unobstructed views and airflow, or leave the small door down for vestibule space.
  • Store your shoes and backpack in the vestibule space or stand your pack upright in the spacious interior.
  • Fully enclosed .67 oz/sqyd ultralight insect netting keeps even the smallest insects out and adds ventilation around the perimeter.
  • A wide L-shaped entryway with a draping screen door helps block mosquitoes. The floor is pinned down for one-handed zipper operation.
  • A peak vent and screen around the perimeter adds ventilation.
  • The bathtub floor has tall walls and is recessed from the perimeter to keep you protected from splash-up and condensation. In calm rain or under wet trees, the door can be left open for air flow without water dripping or falling into your living space.
  • The rear pole is pivoted to the back corner, creating steep walls with tons of head and foot room. Sleep in either direction depending on the slope of the ground. Your head or feet can be right up against the interior screen wall without brushing condensation.
  • A small footprint allows you to squeeze into hard-to-find backcountry flat spots.
  • LineLoc V adjusters allow you to lock in the perfect pitch. Bright yellow Z-Line Guylines are easy to see day or night to avoid tripping.
  • The durable floor material does not require a separate groundsheet. Flat Groundsheets are an optional precaution.
  • An integrated mesh pocket allows you to stow small items like your headlamp, glasses, or phone.
  • Small loops at each peak allow you to hang a flashlight, run a clothesline, or attach a Gear Nest.
  • All zipper sliders are field-replaceable. Repair tape and spare sliders are included.
